We plan to partner with the Hospitality Training Program (H.IT. Program), founded by Dr. Lonnie Wright of Las Vegas, Nevada. The H.I.T. Program will create an exclusive program to train our veterans in the skillset necessary to obtain employment in the hospitality industry. In addition to training our veterans, the H.I.T. Program will also provide professional expertise to build a 4-star hotel on the property to give actors and crew, and anyone else with plans to stay in the are, a fancy and comfortable home away from home.
Our hotel will have approximately 300 rooms with full list of amenities.

Back Lot
The Back Lot is an area behind or adjoining a movie studio, containing a permanent exterior buildings for outdoor scenes in filmmaking or television productions or space for temporary set construction. This space will be approx. 130,500-170,000 square feet (3-4 acres).
Hotel
The 4-star Hotel will set on 2.7 acres of the land. The 4-5 Story structure will have approximately 150 rooms. (140) rooms for 10"x10" Studio, 11"x13" King and 10"x12" Queen/double sized rooms. They will be accompanied with (10) 13"x25" suites on the top levels. Spacious parking Indoor/Outdoor Pool and spa, Bistro, restaurant, bar, fitness room, 2,500 sq. ft. Banquet Hall and 2,000 sq. ft. meeting rooms. Private elevator with key access for top suite floors and studios.
